Why Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a state that can be cultivated and trained, in which one becomes aware of a present experience and responds to this experience without judgment. The practice of mindfulness usually leads to a sense of balance and psychological well-being. It helps you make constructive and conscious choices in everyday life. Mindfulness is sometimes used in healthcare to deal more easily with stress, anxiety, and depression.
The brain has a hard time distinguishing between what is real and what is made up. Therefore, it does not differentiate between what you think and what you experience in reality. This means that if you think thoughts that make you anxious or stressed, the body reacts as if it really were. You cannot rule out negative thoughts. Learn to handle them instead.
Mindfulness can help you understand how you act and why. You observe yourself, your thoughts, and feelings, how it feels in the body, and how you behave. Then you can learn what patterns and themes are in your life.
With simple exercises, you learn to become increasingly mindful (conscious) and make wiser choices and better cope with the press in private and professional life.

The training in the conscious presence and living here and now is not about getting somewhere, but simply about becoming aware of where you are here and now and allowing yourself to be who you are here and now. Through training in a conscious presence here and now, we become more open to what is happening and understand our own reactions better, and we can thereby begin to make more wise and active choices. Which means that our freedom of choice and flexibility increases? We learn to start listening to ourselves and learn to act based on our own inner truth that exists in the present, and not as now that we continuously adapt to the circumstances and live based on our life patterns. Training in a conscious presence here and now also means that our stress decreases and that our quality of life increases.
Does it help at once?
For many, the relaxation effect itself often comes at once. But as with so much else, it is different from person to person. And each exercise session is unique.
The basic instruction is usually: have no special expectations – see what you discover!
Some studies show that a week of exercise helps to feel less fatigue and reduced stress. But as with all other training, the longer and more consciously you train, the better the effects of your training. Practicing Mindfulness and awareness takes time, and a certain amount of patience is often required.
Am I changing?
Mindfulness training is very much about raising one’s own awareness of what is happening in and around us. With training, we will discover that we have choices in many more situations than we were previously aware of. Mindfulness, therefore, helps us to make more conscious choices and focus our energy on those that we consider important and that we can influence. We also become aware of what we cannot influence and let go of it. With training we become calmer and more aware.

Our internet-based basic coaching sessions in Mindfulness is, as the name suggests, a basic program in mindfulness training and the first in a series of programs.
This training is intended to guide anyone who wants to improve their lives and learn more about how these magical keys to life can be used in life. It is never too late to choose a way to live in natural balance and harmony. We always have the power to change our way of thinking and our way of life.
The education is also aimed at everyone who wants to move on in life and develop into who they are; everyone is welcome beginners as well as old and to you who want to learn to handle and respond to the stress of various kinds, who feel anxiety or fatigue, have sleep difficulties, are exhausted or burnt out, have headaches or other physical symptoms, want to learn to meditate, learn to breathe properly, become more aware and find more joy and balance in life or simply want to increase your quality of life.
One of the reasons why we develop internet programs is to increase the availability of mindfulness training. Most people in our country do not have the opportunity, for geographical or cost reasons, to have access to a course with an instructor, even if it is ideal.
We offer training in Mindfulness in slightly different ways, such as courses, personal training, coaching, and meditation yoga via phone Skype and zoom.
